Safe and Sound Advanced Course outline –
Curriculum Overview (8 hours) for graduates of the Basic Course
- full review of all the material from the Basic class
- targets, weapons & techniques
- Intermediate level threats - when use of high-risk techniques is inappropriate
- multiple assailant confrontations – dealing with gangs, swarming, etc.
- padded attacker simulation - fight full-force against an aggressor and WIN!
