Safe and Sound Advanced Course outline –
Curriculum Overview (8 hours) for graduates of the Basic Course
  • full review of all the material from the Basic class
  • targets, weapons & techniques
  • Intermediate level threats - when use of high-risk techniques is inappropriate
  • multiple assailant confrontations – dealing with gangs, swarming, etc.
  • padded attacker simulation - fight full-force against an aggressor and WIN!
